I Radiate For You
Like the great
Mother Earth
Turning on her axis,
I turn for you,
Revolving toward the sun;
I radiate for you.
In honor of her nurturing
Of all upon her breast;
I take you in my womb,
I create for you.
As she gives to us
The beauty
Of all her regalia,
The trees, the flowers,
The rivers and the seas,
I fill my palate
With many rich colors.
Like the riches,
Burgeoning from her soil,
I cultivate for you
The wealth of my marrow.
As the Mother is,
To all a beneficence,
So I am to you
Sustenance and delight.
Like the great Mother Earth,
Turning on her axis,
I turn for you,
Revolving towards the sun;
I radiate for you.
I offer to you shelter,
Warmth, comfort,
And too, nourishment;
For I regale your core
With the treasures
Of my heart.

Wise Women
It has been said that wise women
Have many stories to tell,
Perhaps that may be true
Of those who have lived
On the edge of both
Heaven and hell.
I wake each day to face the mirror
To see a face that hides
It's past,
Oh yes, you see it has it's stories
That hide behind the painted mask.
